About the role
- Manage multiple email inboxes and implement the “Buy Back Your Time” methodology.
- Oversee calendar management and bookings using Google Suite and Calendly.
- Conduct research using AI tools and trusted reference sources.
- Handle travel arrangements, including working with agents or airlines directly.
- Manage contact lists, LinkedIn profiles, and administrative filings.
- Supervise household administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Administer Pipedrive CRM for lead management, scheduling, and automating workflows.
- Oversee business projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are efficiently tracked.
- Coordinate with supply partners and manage procurement, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Update customer project overviews in Notion and assist with initial customer inquiries.
- Support quoting, invoicing, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Automate workflows between Pipedrive, Asana, and Todoist to streamline task and project management.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Pipedrive CRM, with experience in workflow automation and integrations.
- Strong project management skills using tools like Asana and Todoist.
- Familiar with supply chain management, including procurement and inventory control.
- Skilled in Google Suite and email management tools like Superhuman.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.
