Billing and Collection Staff

About the role
Brink’s Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Billing and Collection Staff to join our team in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our growing company.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing and sending invoices to clients in an accurate and timely manner

• Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments from clients
• Maintaining detailed records of all billing and collection activities
• Communicating with clients to resolve any billing or payment issues
• Assisting with the reconciliation of accounts receivable
• Providing support to the finance team as needed

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a billing or collections role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
