Logistics Assistant – Job Post

Be part of the heart and center of business operations. We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic communicator with heightened analytical senses and the natural ability to be organized. Use your excellent coordination expertise to learn and be in charge of orchestrating smooth flow in logistics. 

Responsibilities

• Find and maintain relationships with the best Freight partners that can support MEC’s efforts in providing products to our customers 
• Closely coordinate with our principal to ensure continuity and compliance to logistics requirements 
• Monitor and ensure progress of all shipments and proactively address any issues or concerns 
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments for their service inquiries and requirements 
• Assist in developing system improvements in the business’ product path with 

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong drive for learning by doing and cohesively working with a team
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• With experience in working with government agencies and freight partners is an advantage
