Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Data Analyst is responsible for data collection, interpretation, and application.
- Support in profiling accounts in the CML that are not yet in Salesforce
- Create new accounts in Salesforce for accounts not yet in Salesforce
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations of operational results for stakeholders.
- Interpret data using analytics and statistical methods, providing insights and recommendations.
- Lead the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from requirements gathering to design and execution.
- Evaluate key performance indicators and provide ongoing reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and analytics tools.
- Conducted data quality assessments and implemented improvements as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training on data analysis techniques and tools.
- Other job-related activities may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, and other related fields.
- Related Work Experience – experience in data management and analysis
- Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
- Knowledge – knowledgeable and with working experience in the following:
- Dataset analytics, data management, and visualization using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Google Data Studio. Knowledge in Alibaba Cloud platform is an advantage.
- Skills – Must have the ability to identify improvement points within current operational processes and provide resolution options.
- Must have the ability to perform data synthesis and data storytelling
- Must have the ability to write reports, present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document.
- Must have exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Must have the willingness to explore and learn new tools that might possibly address operational inefficiencies and data inaccuracy.
