Graduate of BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent experience in any food manufacturing business
3-5 years experience in product development work
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic understanding of quality control tests
Knowledgeable in basic flour technology or other related products
Willing to learn and be exposed to other emerging product categories
Skilled in conducting product application tests and specifications development of products
Knowledgeable in product costing Carries out shelf-life studies on newly developed and improved formulations Improves quality/cost of existing products based on set directions
Oversees trial run and tech transfers of newly developed and improved product
Can conduct product demonstrations and presentations for internal and external customers
Assists in the preparation of direct material costs for Finance
Conducts benchmarking and competitive analysis
