• Graduate of BS Chemistry.
• Must be a Licensed Chemist and member of ICP.

Job Description: 

Supervises, leads a group of Chemical Technician.  Checks, monitors the compliance on proper analysis and machine operation procedure; communicates necessary information with the objective of giving fast, accurate and reliable concentration results to Production lines.

• Collects and prepares chemicals and water samples; maintains good condition of sampling tools and containers in order to ensure purity and good quality of collected samples
• Conducts laboratory analysis of chemicals and water samples in order to ensure good quality of Water Treatment Plant discharges in compliance to legal requirements
• Prepares reagents and standard solutions; maintains good condition of labwares needed in order to ensure purity and good quality of reagents and standard solutions
• Forecasts and controls laboratory materials such as consumables, labwares and analysis reagents in order to ensure laboratory analysis continuity
• Conducts validation, calibration and simple troubleshooting (if needed) of laboratory equipments in order to obtain accurate results during analysis
• Encodes and makes Laboratory Analysis Report and submits to necessary recepients in order to communicate needed information and analysis results
• Checks, controls and assesses analysis checksheets, result sheets, control charts and response flow checklist in order to have real-time monitoring of Water Treatment Plant quality parameters
• Accomplishes required company wide trainings; participates in TPM related activities such as 5S, AM, FI and Kathang isip generation; participates in ESH related activities and other company wide related activities
