In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To maintain price lists, set up new products, and write and problem-solve advanced price rules in the order processing system to meet company price requirements.
- To upload base prices and manage the audit and maintenance of base prices and profile prices.
- To perform account rationalization and discount structure by updating the corresponding discount percentage per category based on the Distributor’s ProAction Program
- To update price rules by updating the adjustment name/structure that drives the price calculation and updating the customer price group assigned to a particular distributor.
- To perform pricing analytics by implementing the Price Increase Cycle and Price Increase Analysis from data collation, proposal, recommendation, price negotiation, and price file management.
- To monitor and analyze the Distributors’ Market Development Fund (MDF).
- To manage and execute the function’s process improvement, team initiatives, and dashboard maintenance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pricing, Financial Management, or related courses.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of expertise.
- Adept in data/price analysis and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence Tools such as DOMO, Power BI, and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledgeable in Oracle and Pricing Software is a plus.
- Price Analysis and Project Management is a plus.
