Job Description
- Performs studies for improvement in material science system improvement
- Performs machine, process and material qualification, set-up new analytical equipment
- Designs/modifies simple jigs/tools for improvements in MSL laboratory.
- Generates and revises procedural documents and written instructions.
- Provides orientation and training regarding new procedures or use of new designed jigs/tools.
- Performs failure analysis and recommends countermeasures or preventive measures related failures.
- Updates and maintains monitoring records related machine upkeep/maintenance check sheet
- Plans action based on highlighted problems and scheduled project timelines.
