Warehouse Admin Staff

• Receive incoming stocks and compare them with the purchase order list and delivery receipt for accuracy.

• Check delivered items for completeness and quality, noting any defects.

• Input received items into the system to ensure accuracy and record warranties.

• Issue materials or equipment to linemen based on job orders from JC and record transactions in the system.

• Monitor and replenish materials in the warehouse when quantities reach minimum levels.

• Coordinate with purchasing personnel to create purchase orders for materials reaching minimum levels.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse by sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste.

• Assist with inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.

• Provide required reports on inventory status, warehouse operations, and safety incidents on a regular basis.

• Encode, separate, and store pulled-out modems into the warehouse, distinguishing between good and defective units, upon receipt from the IT personnel.

• Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
