QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in Collection
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process billing statement and invoices accurately
• Prepare and send out monthly billing statement
• Daily follow up collection/account receivables
• Record payments to accounting system accounting entries
• Prepare invoice, service invoice, official receipts
• Coordinate with clients to negotiate payment plans and terms
• Submit invoices to clients with complete data and accurate computations to avoid discrepancies
• Maintain and update customer files
• Collaborate with other departments to gather files needed for billings
