QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in Collection
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process billing statement and invoices accurately
- Prepare and send out monthly billing statement
- Daily follow up collection/account receivables
- Record payments to accounting system accounting entries
- Prepare invoice, service invoice, official receipts
- Coordinate with clients to negotiate payment plans and terms
- Submit invoices to clients with complete data and accurate computations to avoid discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer files
- Collaborate with other departments to gather files needed for billings
