Job Description
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in the BPO industry.
- Experience in direct client interaction, conducting readouts, reporting, and reviews.
- Ability to facilitate call calibrations, call listening sessions, and huddles with all levels of management.
- Assist in call selection and facilitation of calibrations.
- Prepare and help lead the bi-weekly TQA review and monthly review with Directors and the CEO.
- Experience in conducting weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Assist in creating a QA Playbook and ensure that the QA process is in place.
- Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
- Open to QA Supervisors, provided they meet the qualifications mentioned above.
