Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Chemical Engineering, or other related course.
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in Quality Assurance gained in a manufacturing industry.
- Familiar in Product Development process
- Has knowledge and passion in baking
Product Development
- Research, designs and develops products and processes in accordance with market demands in accordance with Management direction & approval.
- Performs regular duties involving formulation creation, sensory evaluation, analysis, recipe audit, and product profiling
- Applies new technologies, optimizing production by analyzing and identifying process conditions
- Designing, installing and commissioning new production plan
- Undertaking small and intermediate-scale manufacturing and packaging activities
- Providing solutions for environmental considerations
