Qualifications:

• SHS/High School/College level/graduate
• With relevant experience in Chat/email support
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer support on Facebook and Instagram page
• Understand customer inquiries and respond via chat
• Ensure that customers inquiries are answered appropriately and ensure they are satisfied
• Demonstrate professionalism
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Able to read, write and speak in both English / Filipino language
