Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support on Facebook and Instagram page
- Understand customer inquiries and respond via chat
- Ensure that customers inquiries are answered appropriately and ensure they are satisfied
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Able to read, write and speak in both English / Filipino language
