KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admin Tasks
- Maintaining filing systems, databases, and inventory of office supplies.
- Liaise with purchasing department on vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials and initiate needed office repairs as needed.
- Planning and scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
- Maintenance and coordination of All Manager’s company car, fleet cards, RFID maintenance of balance.
- Assists in drafts and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Responsible for the application process of new Globe line and unit for newly hired employees and monthly bills payment requests.
HR Tasks
- Update the contact list for all employees updated, viber, cellphone numbers and emails.
- Maintain employee 201 records, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and merit increases.
- Assists in onboarding of new employees including signing of important documents such as contracts, job description and equipment receipts.
- Conducting office tour to new employees and introducing them to every department, teaching the basics on office supply requests and other needed processes.
- Providing joining kit, creation of the temporary Identification cards, distribute employee uniforms and enrolling of newly hired employees to biometrics and permanent id card upon regularization.
- Notify departmentally to IT, Admin staff about newly hired employee
- Assists in arranging schedules of orientations, meetings, hr townhalls and events.
- Initiating the Exit Process for resigned employees on clearance and quit claims.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, such as sorting emails, running reports, and performing other support functions.
Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and great attention to details.
- With knowledge in proper documentations.
- Willingness to travel for work
