JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative and support functions to ensure efficient and effective operations of the Team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles clerical tasks such as filing, generating reports and scheduling of meetings.
- Attends and responds to all administrative requests and inquiries.
- Takes charge in managing, checking and reordering of office inventory and supplies.
- Works closely with the Team to coordinate efforts towards meeting deadlines.
- Submits report and other necessary documentations on time.
- Reports challenges, incidents, and recommendations to Administration Supervisor.
- Reinforces confidentiality and security of files and database.
- Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Office Administration or any four-year Business Course. With at least 6 months experience in Office Management, Systems and Procedures.
SPECIALIZATION / TECHNICAL SKILLS
Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
