Job Summary
Responsible for timely execution of product development and innovation. Ensure that developed products is within the target food cost in accordance with the customer specifications and complies to quality and food safety
Qualification Guide
- BS in Culinary, Nutrition, Food Technology, or with a background in cooking and hospitality industry.
- Familiar and knowledgeable with food packaging, food handling, and basic food safety.
- Familiarity with kitchen and baking small and big equipment.
- Organized and clean in kitchen use and food preparation.
- Prepares recipes, costing and documents necessary for endorsement.
- Acquainted with different cuisines is an advantage.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in product creation and development.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in FTI, Taguig and can start ASAP.
