We are looking for a highly dedicated individial who can fill the role of an Office Assistant to support and to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
Job Description
- Organize and maintain good filing systems, both physical and digital
- Support our office day to day operation
- Manage phone calls, e-mails and correspondence
- Perform general office tasks as required
Qualifications:
- MALE, preferably with at least 1 year related work experience
- SMART and with self-esteem
- Trustworthy and dedicated individual who can do multi-tasking assignment
- Self-reliant and analytical person
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Flexible or adaptable;
- Teamplayer with interpersonal skills
- Keen into details and can handle work pressure
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (word,excel,powerpoint)werPoint)
