HR Assistant

The HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the hiring process by creating a strong pipeline of candidates using various job posting platforms. This role involves assisting in the posting of job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms, screening resumes to identify qualified candidates, and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Above average English oral and written communication skills
• Experience handling volume hiring in a BPO company is an advantage
• Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Create a pipeline of candidates using various job posting platforms.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Administer pre-employment tests, if applicable, to candidates who pass the initial interview.
• Maintain and update the candidate database promptly and accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and HR team as needed.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Perform any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time.
