This position is co-responsible and accountable for the technical requirement/services for Animal Nutrition (AN) products to help achieve sales target of the Company  

Job Scope:

1. Technical requirement of Animal Nutrition products
2. Technical training of Sales & Marketing employees on animal nutrition and products
3. Technical service and troubleshooting assistance to customers on Animal Nutrition
4. Technical support on R&D of AN new product development or product improvement

Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and maintains relationships with end users / customers through technical nutrition services such as farm audit, training of farm/feed mill personnel, feed / premix formulation, etc.)

1. Handles troubleshooting of product related complaint of customers.
2. Assists in evaluating feedback on field performance of AN products and provides regular reports to Superior.
3. A Conducts farm / university trials to establish / validate efficacy of AN products, analyzes, interprets results and provide technical write-up.
4. Conducts product presentations on AN product and participates in other demand-creation activities that will support achievement of sales target.
5. Helps in preparing Animal Nutrition Training Plan and conducts training of Sales Team on animal nutrition, AN products and sales tools (i.e., mycotoxin analyzer, NIR machine)
6. Helps in formulating Animal Nutrition Technical Plan indicating activities and strategies to strengthen image as reliable technical service provider to target customers.
7. Helps in developing and maintaining business relationship with Nutritionists, Consultants, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the academe and industry.
8. Provides technical assistance to R&D Department for AN new product development / improvement.
9.  Represents the company in professional organizations, industry associations and trade events.

QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                        

Education:   B.S. Agriculture major in Animal Science/Nutrition

Years of Related Work Experience:                                                                                          With at least five (5) years of work experience in the animal health/nutrition of feed industry.
