About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to
join our Data Analytics team. In this role, you will support data-driven
decision-making by assisting in data collection, cleaning, and analysis. You’ll
help develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends. This
position offers an excellent opportunity to delve into data methodologies and
improve analytical skills.

Also, you will play a key role in supporting our internal
and external teams by providing in-depth market insights and support data
analytics. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess
strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Insights:

o   Conduct
research on current talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry
standards to inform recruitment strategies.

o   Support
analysis of market data and provide actionable insights to hiring managers and
recruitment teams to enhance hiring practices.

o   Monitor
competitor hiring and compensation trends to help maintain competitive
positioning.

o   Understanding
key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports related to Operations,
HR, Recruitment, Sourcing, Finance, IT, Facilities and Compliance.

·       Data Management:

o   Collect,
clean, and prepare data for analysis.

o   Conduct
preliminary data analyses and present findings.

o   Assist
in developing reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.

o   Maintain
accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports, including candidate
pipelines, and help prepare hiring metrics, and performance dashboards.

o   Support
recruitment analytics efforts by generating and presenting reports on hiring
trends and KPIs.

o   Collaborate
with other hiring stakeholders to ensure consistent data practices and
compliance with data management and protection regulations.

o   Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

o   Identify
patterns and trends in data to support business initiatives.

o   Transforming
data into useable format.

o   Implementing
and ensuring compliance with data governance policies.

·       Process Improvement:

o   Help
identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and data management
practices

o   Participate
in developing and implementing new tools or systems for recruitment analytics
and data management

o   Knowledgeable
in API integration

o   Developing
data storage and retrieval mechanism

Requirements

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, Engineering or related field

·       At least 1-2 years of experience in Data
Analytics

·       Experience with Excel, Power Query and Power BI

·       Familiarity with SQL & Python

·       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·       Ability to communicate complex data insights in
a clear manner

·       Detail-oriented with a passion for
problem-solving

·       Growth mindset and willingness to learn
