Job Description:
- To
carry on new product development, process and profit improvement projects - Lead
a team of R&D Junior Specialists and provide necessary technical
support to team members, customers and operations - Actively
participate in technical programs and management of personnel - Prepare/review
product prototypes compliant with regulatory agencies - Prepare/review
product costing analysis to ensure that products are within the target
cost - Develop
and carry out standard procedures in the conduct of product quality and
product acceptability tests - Test
and select ingredients and packaging materials for specific projects - Establish
and document product and process specifications
- Conduct
literature searches or accesses international databases related to
assigned projects

College Graduate preferably Science Related Course
(BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Biology)
Relevant Experience:
With at least one – three years of
relevant working experience in quality control/ assurance and relevance or general R&D experience.
