Product Development Officer

Position
Overview

We are seeking
a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Officer to lead the
development and enhancement of our food processing portfolio, focusing on
crop-based and meat-based products. This role will drive product innovation
from concept through commercialization, ensuring our products meet market
demands and adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Agricultural Science,
  or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, PhD) preferred.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the food
  processing industry, focusing on crop-based and/or meat-based products.
• Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of food
    processing technologies and product development for both crop-based and
    meat-based products.
  • Proven experience managing product
    development projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical,
    problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and
    presentation skills, with the capability to interact with diverse
    stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management
    tools and software.
