Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. (License is an advantage)
- With experience in materials laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in materials testing techniques, data analysis, and laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
