QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. (License is an advantage)
• With experience in materials laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in materials testing techniques, data analysis, and laboratory equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
