A customer-centric technical position offering side by side troubleshooting, diagnostics, and support for all Apple devices. A Mac and iOS certified repair technician and lead technical expert.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs diagnosis and hardware repairs in compliance to Apple Guidelines.
- Conducts thorough quality checking and testing on all repaired units prior to release to customers.
- Keeps abreast and updated on the latest Apple products, technical bulletins and repair procedures.
- Assists on complex technical issues and repairs through escalation channels and subsequently applies approved technical measures.
- Supports the Customer Service Team in handling customer complaints for Walk-in and Phone-in technical inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Electronics Engineering or any Computer-related Course
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Licensed or Non-Licensed
- Willing to be assigned in GLORIETTA 5
