Qualifications:
- Can be an undergraduate or bachelor’s degree.
- Conversational in the English Language
- Effective at managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problem.
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications
- Willing to follow full onsite setup (Mckinley, BGC)
- Willing to handle non-voice
- Must have payor provider experience.
- Experience with Facets platform preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quality documentation, closure and communication to the customer.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Adapt to changing circumstances and assumes the role of change agent.
