Qualifications:

  • Can be an undergraduate or bachelor’s degree. 
  • Conversational in the English Language
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problem.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications
  • Willing to follow full onsite setup (Mckinley, BGC)
  • Willing to handle non-voice
  • Must have payor provider experience.
  • Experience with Facets platform preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality documentation, closure and communication to the customer.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and assumes the role of change agent.
