1. To handle semen analysis, sperm preparation, selection and culture of oocytes and embryos, freeze/thaw embryos and carry out ICSI and other types of ART procedures when required.
2. To assist in all other aspects of the IVF laboratory including its maintenance, cleanliness, sterility and the indenting, purchasing and keeping stock of consumables and frozen gametes.
3. To keep abreast with Reproductive technologies and techniques. This includes the reading of the journals and participation in conferences, some of which will be sponsored.
4. To be totally committed in producing good fertilisation and pregnancy rates.
5. To assist in data analysis for all ART relevant statistics.
6. To assist in quality assurance activities of lab.
7. To carry out any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent.
2. Preferably candidates with a minimum of one (1) year of related experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
