Job Responsibilities:

• Bank Errands & Vendor Management
  • Perform bank errands such as deposits, withdrawals, and other related tasks
  • Assist in searching for new and appropriate vendors
• Inventory Monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for kitchen supplies, equipment, and office supplies
  • Conduct physical counts to reconcile with records
  • Track and analyze inventory data to avoid overstocking or shortages
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast needs
• Account Statement Management & Reconciliation
  • Update and maintain accurate account statements, recording check voucher payments
  • Reconcile AP transactions with the expanded remittance & disbursement book
  • Generate AP Aging Summary reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least one year of relevant experience in accounting or any related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills are essential
• Strong analytical skills to handle financial data and perform data analysis
• Ability to spot errors and maintain accurate records
• Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and colleagues
