Medical Records Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulltime Work from Home Opportunity 
• Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from Doctor Office and Patient Calls for RX Prescriptions chase or follow up
• Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from patient calls for chart notes and other Medical Records document chase or follow up
• Reviewing and verifying chart notes and medical records that will be submitted to the patient’s insurance for reimbursement
• Uploading received documents to the patient’s record
• Assessing if documents sent to us are good or if it needs to be returned and revised

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent command of the English language, with strong comprehension of grammar and sentence structure.
• Ability to multitask effectively by typing and talking simultaneously.
• Experience making inbound and outbound phone calls in a BPO/Call Center environment.
• Strong phone etiquette and demeanor
• Experience working on a dialer or CRM.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in computer literacy including command of cloud-based systems.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a BPO/Call Center environment
