Role Overview: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Lead/Senior Data Analyst to spearhead data-related operations for class action lawsuit settlements and legal marketing. In this role, you will analyze and manage data, providing actionable insights that support the organization’s decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness through data-driven solutions.

- 20 hours per week
- Flexible between 8 AM – 5 PM Phoenix, AZ

Develop predictive models for settlement forecasting and campaign targeting, ensuring they maintain high predictive accuracy.

Lead the deployment of models from development to production within an optimal timeframe.

Data Integrity and Accuracy:

KPIs: Data Accuracy Rate (≥ 99%), Error Resolution Time (≤ 48 hours), Data Quality Score (≥ 90/100)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or at least 5 years experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in legal data or legal marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
