Job Description

A career in immigration practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organizations. We help our clients to meet and manage their immigration obligations and solve complex problems. Our team specializes in providing immigration support across all of our clients’ disciplines. You will advise clients on their local and overseas immigration issues and exposures.

This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of our clients’ employees. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulations and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes. The caseworker’s responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
