QUALIFICATION:
- 1. College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
- 2. Two (2) years of work experience as an HR Assistant specializing in Compensation and Benefits or payroll
- 3. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- 4. With experience handling company HMO is an advantage.
- 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 6. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 8. Can collaborate with different employees in the organization.
- Work Location: San Juan (Headoffice)
- Salary: 18k – 20k
