Marketing Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• – With 3 years and up of work experience
• – BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant degree
• – Must be willing to travel to different provinces
• – Willing to start immediately in Angeles City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• – Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the Marketing
• Division and submit report to Operations Manager.
• – Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
• (events, email campaigns and promotional material).
• – Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media digital
• campaigns.
• – Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
• – Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits
• and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• – Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting the
• marketing plan.
• SALARY RANGE: 50k – 60k
