Personal Assistant with

In need of a positive, cheerful, energetic, and eager to please personal assistant to assist in juggling the operation of 3 real-estate businesses :-). Starting part time with growth of responsibility and time anticipated. Book-keeping experience or a desire to learn book-keeping is a plus! Ideal candidate will enjoy creating order out of chaos, and will look enjoy observing/shadowing me virtually as I work, always looking for administrative responsibilities they can and want to assume responsibility for to add value! I’d like to find a long-term business partner that approaches their work like they are an owner in the businesses and care about the success! We will both grow together, laugh together, learn together, get frustrated together, and hopefuilly both be better off because of the partnership! Here is a partial list of the types of tasks this person might be asked to do :-).

– Call utilitiy companies to get services turned on/off at a given property address.
– Process mail (scanned in perhaps).
– Reconcile property management monthly statements with a due to/from account in quickbooks online.
– Enter transactions/Categorize transactions in quickbooks online.
– Schedule and complete email communications with tenants, vendors, customers, and property managers for things like…
– Happy Birthday E-mails!
– 30/60/90 day lease renewal notices
– Late Rent Notifications/Notices
– Emails prompting tenants to proactively protect properties when extreme weather is approaching.
– Manage my calendar and email perhaps.
– Create lists from data sources on occasion.
– Skip-Trace occasionally
– Manage Social Media occasionally.
