Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- – Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree
- – Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- – Experience in handling employee discipline
- – With at least 2 years of work experiences related to labor relations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- – Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
- – Conduct investigations (end to end process)
- – Assist in formulation of company policy
- – Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
- SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
- BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO
- WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
