JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• – Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree
• – Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
• – Experience in handling employee discipline
• – With at least 2 years of work experiences related to labor relations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• – Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
• – Conduct investigations (end to end process)
• – Assist in formulation of company policy
• – Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
• SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
