What you will do:
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:
•Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition at each stage.
•Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HR Management System (HRMS).

HR Process Management:
•Develop, implement, and streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
•Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, while providing guidance to employees and managers.

Employee Grievance Handling:
•Act as a point of contact for employees to raise grievances and concerns.
•Investigate complaints and facilitate resolutions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

HRMS Accuracy:
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HR Management System.

Requirements•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
•Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance issues.
•Proficiency in HRIS and attendance management systems.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
