Work Schedule/Regular Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30 PM (Flexible)

The Company

Founded in 2015, Hutchison-1 Logistics is an offshoot of A. B. Gambayan Customs Brokerage from years 2008 to 2013.

In 2018, Hutchison-1 merged with 1Trade Logistics, Inc., a customs brokerage firm and FCL trucking service provider established in 2013.

By 2019, Hutchison-1 expanded its services to include international and domestic air and ocean freight forwarding.

Minimum Qualifications for the Position

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Pools applicants for specific job vacancies, screens resume, conducts initial interviews, testing, and endorses applicants to respective heads.
  2. Maintains employee records and updates HR database (new hires, separations, termination, employee transfer, and vacation and sick leaves).
  3. Assists personnel/employee requests and provide them the relevant information.
  4. Prepares paper works for HR policies and procedures.
  5. Coordinates and administers company projects, events, meetings, trainings, and seminars.
  6. Manages company telephone system and contact list for internal and external communications.
  7. Maintains and updates company records, licenses, and permits yearly.
  8. Manages company procurement activities, such as purchase of equipment, supplies, and other needs.
  9. Research new deals and suppliers.
  10. Book travel arrangements.
  11. Provide general support to employees, managers, officers, and company visitors.
  12. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
