Minimum Qualifications for the Position
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science/Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year work experience as HR and/or Admin Assistant, or HR Associate (preferred but not required).
- A Registered Psychometrician of Certified Human Resource Associate (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in writing and speaking English.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- With multi-tasking ability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pools applicants for specific job vacancies, screens resume, conducts initial interviews, testing, and endorses applicants to respective heads.
- Maintains employee records and updates HR database (new hires, separations, termination, employee transfer, and vacation and sick leaves).
- Assists personnel/employee requests and provide them the relevant information.
- Prepares paper works for HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and administers company projects, events, meetings, trainings, and seminars.
- Manages company telephone system and contact list for internal and external communications.
- Maintains and updates company records, licenses, and permits yearly.
- Manages company procurement activities, such as purchase of equipment, supplies, and other needs.
- Research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to employees, managers, officers, and company visitors.
- Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
