Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in the automotive industry. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects or deviations, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of automotive products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality control activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding quality issues and recommendations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and specifications
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
