Financial Analyst

Approximately, 1,700 blocks are currently managed by Hong Yip and these include private housing estate, luxurious houses, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping centres and government facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform group consolidation and group reporting package;
• Liaise and coordinate with the team for financial-related matters;
• Analysis of financial data for management and reporting purpose;
• Support the team on external audit and budget planning;
• Assist in financial dashboard preparation;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment, as and when required.
   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Qualified accountant would be an advantage;
• Experience in handling group consolidation is preferred;
• Analytical, self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate available is preferred.
