Requirements
- Design and create captivating motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.).
- Develop project concepts, layouts, and design plans for motion graphics.
- Deliver motion graphics in different media formats including web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with art and creative teams to understand the project scope and objectives.
- Select audio, video, colors, and animations to enhance the overall graphic design.
- Work closely with editors, producers, and designers to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
- Add visual effects and elements to elevate motion graphics.
- Research and apply the latest design techniques to create cutting-edge motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to offer new design perspectives and creative ideas.
- Follow best practices for version control, file naming conventions, and the organization of graphic files.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and techniques.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.
Required Skills (Primary):
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Additional Skills (Secondary):
- Proficiency in interactive media software, including 3D animation and high-end digital design tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Benefits
