Production Engineer (CNC / Quality

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with expertise in CNC, Quality, Maintenance, CMM, and Structural processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong understanding of production operations. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment to maximize efficiency and output.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production processes for CNC, Quality, Maintenance, CMM, and Structural operations
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in CNC, Quality, Maintenance, CMM, and Structural processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing industry
