What are your responsibilities?

• Taking part in the initial digitization efforts to reconstruct client records onto software.

• Check preparation and monitoring disbursement.

• Payroll computation and generation of government mandated contributions.

• Monthly physical inventory count, as needed.

• Bank reconciliation.

• Monthly preparation of tax submissions such as, but not limited to, 1601C, 0619E, 2550M and their quarterly counterparts 2550Q, 1702Q, 1601EQ.

Gestionnaire de comptes clients – Remote

Objectif du poste: Superviser les comptes clients d’IPG, y compris les fonctions de gestion du crédit, de recouvrement et d’application des liquidités; piloter l’amélioration des processus, diriger les efforts d’automatisation et la mise en œuvre des systèmes; favoriser l’amélioration de la productivité et contrôler le respect des règles internes.

Principales responsabilités:

• Superviser les comptes clients conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise et aux pratiques comptables reconnues; assumer la responsabilité de l’analyse du crédit, du recouvrement, de l’application des liquidités, des réclamations des clients et de la gestion des déductions, ainsi que de la conformité à la loi SOX et aux contrôles internes.
• Mesurer le rendement du service à l’aide d’indicateurs appropriés tels que l’indice d’efficacité du recouvrement, le pourcentage de liquidités disponibles, le taux de réussite des demandes de liquidités et les abandons de créances irrécouvrables en pourcentage du chiffre d’affaires.
• Examiner et résoudre les litiges et les questions des clients.
• Gérer les relations avec les agences d’évaluation du crédit et les fournisseurs d’assurance-crédit; surveiller la solvabilité et les limites de crédit des clients et porter à l’attention de la direction, en temps utile, les mesures à prendre.
• Collaborer étroitement avec le service des ventes et du service à la clientèle pour s’assurer que les paiements des clients sont perçus de manière efficace et dans les délais convenus.

Compétences et exigences essentielles:

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance, en commerce ou dans un domaine pertinent.
• Un titre de CPA ou une maîtrise en commerce ou en finance est un atout.
• Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que gestionnaire des comptes clients.
• Solide expérience pratique de la comptabilité et capacité à interpréter les états financiers et les rapports.

Who Are We Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Associate. This role provides service and support to our Marketplace Partners team while partnering with our Distribution center.

You will succeed by utilizing reporting and insights to drive timely delivery of all Nike products to support Nike profitability. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, tools, phone and email. You will implement desk level orderbook tasks to deliver overall orderbook and business KPIs.

What Will You Work On

This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end order book management, communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders, and will take initiative to identify risk and opportunities for Nike and our partners. You will respond to questions regarding order status and tracking information, working with internal partners to resolve moderately complex customer issues, such as pricing, delivery status, routing, rejections, holds. You will access, execute, and leverage standard and ad hoc reports to support execution to proactively track product delivery, order fill rates, validity, delivery, and returns activities.

Who Will You Work With

You will report to the Marketplace Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager and will work closely with the our broader cross functional team, including, Marketplace Partners, Planning and Distribution Centre.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Must have demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sales Reporting tools
• PC and Windows based software working knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong ability to communicate with people on different levels inside and outside of the organization
• SAP order management software knowledge preferred
• Bilingual French, an asset

• Drive a partner seeding program that generates brand loyalists across new and existing markets.
• Develop program guidelines and rewards fostering long-term relationships with value and brand aligned ambassadors.

• Identify and curate a pool of content creators for campaign-based imagery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing

• Strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Job Overview:

As a Corporate Sanitation Manager, you will report to the Director of Sanitation. This role is responsible for developing and supporting sanitation programs and practices at all Give & Go sites in order to sustain health and safety, food safety, and efficiency standards throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote all plant safety, GMP, and food safety policies and procedures while proactively supporting company needs and requirements.
• Develop, administer, and recommend enhancements for sanitation policy and procedures.
• Empower team members through training and feedback to meet and exceed expectations for productivity, effectiveness of cleaning programs, and food/personal safety.
• Assess sanitation-related activities, report non-compliances, and take corrective and preventive actions to assure compliance with all quality assurance, food safety, and health and safety requirements.
• Support discussions and changes on hygienic design for new and current equipment. Work with equipment vendors to ensure sanitary design before installation/modifications are made.
• Conduct weekly site visits to verify sanitation programs and practices are being executed appropriately and, when necessary, pitch in to perform work assignments to ensure completion of tasks.
• Coordinate, plan, and document sanitation activities and schedule workforce if required.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for non-compliant areas and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve effectiveness of cleaning, integrated pest management, pathogen environmental monitoring, and waste management.

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a sanitation management role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a quality role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of HAACP (hazard analysis and critical control points).
