Social Media + Influencer Specialist (Full-Time)

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing social media channels, establishing influencer partnerships, and producing insightful reports. As a key player in our brand’s digital presence, you will help drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across multiple platforms.
Channel Management
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy for our primary channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and secondary channels (YouTube, Strava)
- Create a strategic content calendar aligned with marketing and retail initiatives, supporting product launches, store openings, events, partnerships.
- Draft all cross-channel captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Curate, create, and post engaging content to grow a community of DUER fans and amplify brand storytelling.
- Monitor, like, and respond to tagged content and comments using DUER’s social voice to foster engaging, brand-aligned conversations.
- Manage, report KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure growth.
Influencer Program
- Create and monitor influencer campaigns within Upfluence, managing briefs, deliverables, and content approvals in coordination with marketing and creative teams.
- Source, vet, and onboard influencers using platform’s search tools, building relationships with high-performing influencers and ensuring clear communication of brand expectations.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics (engagement, reach).
- Manage influencer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
UGC / Ambassador Partner Program
- Drive a partner seeding program that generates brand loyalists across new and existing markets.
- Develop program guidelines and rewards fostering long-term relationships with value and brand aligned ambassadors.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align on campaign goals, creative concepts, and timelines.
- Identify and curate a pool of content creators for campaign-based imagery.
- Create clear, detailed briefs for creators, ensuring deliverables align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
- Report creator and/or ambassador impact, content performance, and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing influencer campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaign platforms such as Upfluence, Grin.
- Strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative, strategic approach.
- Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader brand and business objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
