Business Development Manager

A fastmoving foreign Insurance Group is looking for a highcalibre Business Development Manager to drive its Agency business.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Companys agency business development strategy in MCV business seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Companys strategic business objectives

• To expand the existing customer network of MCV in agency channel

• To formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve growth in business against business plan

• To maintain strong business relationships with new and potential clients and business partners

• To bridge between MCV and the agency sales team in Hong Kong

• To identity new business opportunities and client base for ongoing business development

Requirements:

• University degree in any discipline with minimum of 5 years experience in insurance / banking / financial services industry

• With MCV client network is highly preferred

• Solid sales client servicing and business development experience in MCV Market

• Knowledge and experience of Family Office or Private Banking is highly preferred

• Possess a good network and relationships with potential high net worth clients

• Strong communication and client servicing skill

• Native in Mandarin
