Finance & Accounting Staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to working on a contract basis.
• Preferably having experience in related roles, but fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English, written and oral.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge on Microsoft application, especially excel.
• Experience to work with SAP will be added value.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly Accrual and other manual Journal Entries complying with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Indonesia and US and Abbott Accounting standards.
• Support Manager to prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as required by Corporate Management in compliance with local and Abbott reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly BS reconciliations.
• Represent/Coordinate with the team to external auditors and internal auditors as required and ensure compliance with local, legal and Abbott corporate requirements.
• Key-in and maintain filing of master files documentation, such as Vendors, Inventory, Pricing and Fixed Assets.
