Mechanical Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team! As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for design and calculation, developing and testing complex mechanical systems. You will have the opportunity to solve problems in engineering design and participate in industry development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop mechanical systems.
Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements.
Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications.
Perform design and production trials.
Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes.
Review and approve documentation for quality and safety.
Perform project analysis.
Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems.
Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD and other programs.
Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.

Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Liaising with clients, designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure coherence.
Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 3 years of experience in same field and construction industry
Have expertise in mechanical design and control system
Have expertise in design and build, pipe computation and pump design
Have expertise in mechanical calculations and CAD Tools
Ability to drive and with a driver’s license is advantage but not required
Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices
The ability to stay abreast of advancement in technology and engineering design trends.
Time management and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Willing to work on-site: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Working schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php 25,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 per month
