Job Description
Role: Program Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure that technology solutions align with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions to drive successful project outcomes.
- Project Delivery: Lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones quality outputs and adherence to project scope. Create and maintain project roadmaps plans and status reports.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with business and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Change Leadership: Champion organizational change by leading technology transformation initiatives improving processes and driving efficiency.
- Solution Design & Development: Design and implement technology solutions that address business needs leveraging innovation and technical expertise.
- Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for process automation and design solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Project Success: Ensure all technology work streams are delivered successfully meeting project goals timelines and quality standards.
