Job Description
- Handle incoming calls & emails with ISO9001 standard
- Handle the calls with ticketing system
- Provide customer service manner to users with effective communicatin
- Provide remote guidance to users if needs
- Provide general training to users if need
- Assist the Helpdesk regular update/reviews tasks
- Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd level support or supervisor
